I had the best time at this hotel. The location was just 5 minutes from both the moulin rouge and sacre couer, heading into montmartre. There were various metro stations close by, and it was perfect for exploring Paris. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with coffee and tea making facilities, decent wardrobe and cupboard space and a safe for personal/important items. The bathroom was spacious and with a hair dryer. An iron for clothes was available upon request. All the windows fully open onto a small balcony and I was lucky enough to have a view of the Eiffel Tower!!! There is a shared space downstairs with a bar area/breakfast/reception area, and staff are extremely helpful with requests, tips, and advice for the city. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I honestly loved every moment of my stay. Everything was perfect. I only wish I could have stayed in Paris longer! It was my very first time in Paris and I was a little nervous about the hotel choice as there are so many to choose from! And you do worry about location/value for money/cleanliness etc but this hotel was simply perfect, great location, good transport links, clean, beautifully designed, comfortable. The staff were so friendly, I only wished the bar was open 24 hours as I do like a "nightcap" on holiday, but that is just my preference and not a problem. Merci beaucoup - I had a wonderful time.

The property has been renovated so has a clean and very modern style. Our room was clean, with balcony windows and a lovely spacious bathroom. Small touches such as the hand written welcome note and chocolate really made the stay a bit more special. The whole team were so friendly, kind and helpful. Particularly the two ladies that ran the front desk in the afternoons and evening. They were so very warm, inviting and patient with us trying to speak in French! Breakfast was a simple, plentiful buffet option with ,meats, eggs, continental cheeses, salmon, breads and cereals. Location wise it was easy to walk around and a 10minute car ride from Gare du Nord. Also the 54 bus from the station stops just outside the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the Basilica and a street full of restaurants. You really have so much on your doorstep.

The room was much smaller than expected, but I understand this is the norm for Paris. It was clean, staff were friendly and the bed was comfy. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we figured it was expensive for continental. There were loads of little cafes locally that served breakfast. It's a 15 minute walk (max) from Gare du Nord or one metro stop away. Montmarte and Sacré-Cœur are around the corner and we particularly enjoyed exploring this area. The number 40 bus goes from Pigalli (short walk) to the Eiffel Tower and takes about 30 minutes. Alternatively there are 2 metro stops very close by to take you to all the sights in 30 mins max. Loads of gift shops, supermarkets, bistros, cafes, nearby. Pretty much anything you will need is in close proximity. We enjoyed our stay here.

the bed was very comfortable and the location was between two metro stops. the sacred heart cathedral was within walking distance with lots of shops and cafes around. I liked how in reception every morning there was a new bakery to try. the breakfast had boiled and scrambled eggs with lots of cheeses, yoghurt and juices. the staff were also really courteous and helpful and made my stay really enjoyable. I also got a few chocolates and a handwritten welcome note on my bed when I arrived. such a lovely and thoughtful welcome, showing the hospitality. I would consider staying here again as there are lots of hotels in Paris that have poor reviews. it is a little pricey but given the comfort and location, I think it's worth it.

The room was lovely really clean and nicely decorated. The amenities and location were great. Our only negative was that we had some problems with the air conditioning not going down to the temperature we wanted & didn’t feel like the staff were hugely helpful. We also didn’t get our water & glasses refreshed when they freshened up our room. Very minor problems though and would definitely stay again!
